Shipping policy

Shipping:

Made-to-order paintings take up to 2 weeks to create. Shipping from Germany (DHL) within Europe usually takes 1–2 weeks.

If the painting is in stock, it will be shipped within 3–4 business days.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, only if the artwork is in original packaging and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact me before returning.

Customs:

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes.

I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Original painting direct from artist under tariff 97019100 should benefit from duty-free entry and a reduced VAT rate.
