Thank you for shopping at KsaveraART. Each artwork is created with great care, and your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Original Paintings (One-of-a-Kind Artworks)
All original paintings sold on KsaveraART are unique, hand-painted, and one-of-a-kind artworks.
In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)), original artworks are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal, as they are individual and non-reproducible works of art.
We accept returns of original paintings only from EU countries for any reason, provided the artwork is returned in its original packaging and original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the artwork before sending the artwork back.
We do not accept returns from countries outside the European Union.
We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each artwork.

2. Prints (Reproductions)
Return Policy for Custom Prints (Reproductions)
All prints offered are custom-made on demand for each individual customer. These prints are unique and personalized, created specifically based on your order and cannot be resold to other customers.
Under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Because of the custom nature of these prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please carefully review your order details before purchase, including size, design, and medium, as refunds or returns for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or preference are not possible.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.
In such cases, we will offer either:

A full refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
